Manufacturing Technician

📋 Description Conduct time studies, cycle time validation, and labor studies using templates. Collect and categorize downtime, rework, and productivity data for analysis. Assist line balancing and takt time validation by gathering floor data. Identify and document waste on the production floor; escalate findings to engineering. Support 5S audits and continuous improvement initiatives. Update SOPs, standardized work, and process documentation with the Process Engineer. 🎯 Requirements High School Diploma, GED, or equivalent. 1–2 years in a technical manufacturing position. Basic understanding of manufacturing processes and equipment. Ability to read mechanical and electrical drawings. Proficient in developing process sheets, visual documentation, and assembly line layouts.
