Customer Success Application Engineer, Litmus GCC

📋 Description Validate customer requirements for PoC and production deployments of Litmus products. Configure Litmus Edge and Litmus Edge Manager during PoCs, pilots, and production deployments. Lead technical implementation activities and ensure contracted responsibilities are delivered. Develop innovative solutions to maximize value from Litmus products. Maintain internal solution libraries, deployment best practices, and documentation. Provide Level 2 technical support and on-call coverage for Litmus customers. 🎯 Requirements Hands-on experience implementing software, automation, IIoT, or analytics in manufacturing. Strong understanding of network protocols, system architecture, Linux, databases, and deployments. Experience with product configuration, troubleshooting, and customer-facing deployment. Scripting or coding in Python, JavaScript, or similar languages. Containerized and cloud/hybrid infra (Docker, Kubernetes, AWS, Azure, or GCP). Excellent communication with customers and internal teams; self-starter in fast-paced env.
