Cloud Infrastructure Support Engineer

📋 Description Join a global 24/7 support team for Radiant's AI infra. Triage, diagnose, and resolve complex cloud, HPC, and AI incidents. Provide exceptional customer experience and satisfaction. Collaborate with Engineering and third-party vendors to restore services. Follow-the-sun rotations; some after-hours work may be required. Grow expertise in GPUs, InfiniBand, and AI orchestration technologies. 🎯 Requirements Degree in CS or related STEM, or equivalent experience. 3-5+ years in customer-facing tech support or cloud operations. Experience with cloud, datacenter, and Linux environments. Strong Linux system administration fundamentals. Familiarity with ITIL concepts is desirable.
