📋 Description Take ownership of end-to-end test readiness for a product line. Collaborate across product, ops, and software to roll out tests. Design and implement new test equipment for automation. Lead investigations using MES data to find root causes. Maintain software quality with code reviews and CI. Proactively improve processes to be faster, more reliable. 🎯 Requirements 5+ years in manufacturing engineering; 3+ in test development. Strong RF fundamentals; debugging RF tests. Electrical background; test boards, connectors, cable testers. Proficient in Python for test automation. Root-cause/failure analysis experience.
