📋 Description Lead engineering review of project scope and construction documents. Perform independent design analyses: hydrologic, hydraulic, structural, geotechnical. Inspect water resource structures to verify safe operation. Manage budgets, schedules, and contracts. Supervise and mentor project engineers and staff. Collaborate with local governments, water users, and stakeholders. 🎯 Requirements B.S. in Civil Engineering or related field. Coursework in fluid mechanics, hydraulics, open-channel flow. 10+ years in a similar role; building a book of business a plus. Registered P.E. in Washington or Oregon. Deep understanding of water infrastructure systems and regulatory frameworks. Strong project management, budgeting, and strategic planning.
