Senior Agile Coach

📋 Description Lead end-to-end Agile transformation for new ARTs and programs. Partner with Product, Engineering, Operations, and Data Science to design scalable team structures. Coach RTEs, Scrum Masters, and Product Owners to strengthen execution and planning. Facilitate PI Planning, Inspect & Adapt workshops, and leadership alignment. Establish backlog practices, governance models, and delivery rhythms. Define analytics-driven delivery metrics to guide continuous improvement. 🎯 Requirements Over 15 years of experience in IT, with substantial software development background. Extensive experience leading large-scale Agile / SAFe transformations in complex enterprise environments. Strong expertise in SAFe, Scrum, and Kanban, including ART setup and program coaching. Proven ability to influence senior stakeholders and facilitate high-impact workshops. Strong understanding of flow-based metrics and data-driven delivery improvement.
