Service Technician - Retail

📋 Description Assist the Regional Property Manager and Director of Maintenance with assigned tasks promptly. Respond quickly to 24 Hour On-Call emergency maintenance requests. Make vacant tenant spaces ready to assist in property leasing goals. Report maintenance problems to the Regional Property Manager and Director. Perform ongoing preventative maintenance and improvement plans. Regularly inspect building and site elements; notify departments of conditions. 🎯 Requirements Minimum two years of operational experience in the shopping center. EPA 608 Universal certification required. Strong mechanical and HVAC background is preferred. Customer service oriented. General knowledge of all aspects of maintenance, repair, and service.
