DC Operations Engineer (On-site)

📋 Description Lead facility-wide process improvements using data and labor modeling. Improve productivity, service, safety, and cost. Develop KPIs, labor plans, capacity models, staffing forecasts. Partner with Operations, Supply Chain, IT, Maintenance and Automation teams. Conduct time studies, process mapping, root cause analysis. Support capital projects and automation initiatives. 🎯 Requirements Bachelor’s in Industrial/Systems Engineering or related quantitative field. 2+ years data analysis, KPI reporting, time studies; advanced Excel. Lead or support cross-functional projects. Strong analytical and data-driven mindset. Time studies, process mapping, workflow optimization.
