📋 Description Own reliability and health of GTM systems (Salesforce, Iterable, Twilio). Design and operate cross-system automations using APIs, webhooks, SQL, and Git. Improve reliability with monitoring, alerts, RCAs, and preventative controls. Translate business requirements into scalable technical solutions; guide architecture decisions. Own end-to-end initiatives from problem definition through launch and ongoing support. Apply AI-assisted development tools to improve delivery velocity and documentation. 🎯 Requirements 10+ years in platform engineering, systems engineering, or DevOps. Experience applying software engineering principles to operational systems and workflows. Deep experience building cross-system automations via APIs, webhooks, and SQL. Strong debugging and root-cause analysis across systems and data flows. Experience with Salesforce DX and Git-based Salesforce development/admin.
