📋 Description Ship end-to-end agentic systems; own prompts, tools, retrieval, guardrails. Automate SME workflows; partner with SMEs; define success; replace work with AI. Own evaluation loop and golden datasets; offline evals, online metrics. Ensure AI safety: COPPA/FERPA compliance; safety and bias evals. Hand off features with docs, runbooks, eval harness, dashboards. Strong Python; one typed language (TypeScript/Go); AWS or GCP; containerized deployment. Senior or staff-level foundation; track record leading systems to launch. Multiple shipped LLM-powered features in production with concrete learnings. Agentic patterns: ReAct, tool use, prompt chaining, routing, human-in-the-loop.
