Drive rapid prototyping and iterative design cycles. 🎯 Requirements 8+ years in technical design or related engineering, with 2+ years leading. Shipped titles with complex technical design systems and problem-solving. Experience leading or formally managing junior designers or engineers. Track record of improving tools, workflows, or pipelines. Strong proficiency in rapid prototyping across Godot, Unreal, Unity. Excellent communication across technical and non-technical audiences.
