GIS Analyst

📋 Description Provide expert technical support on Geospatial products to customers. Maintain and improve GIS products, systems and services. Diagnose and resolve complex issues; deliver proactive solutions. Deliver GIS consultancy; administer databases on-site and in the cloud. Create documentation and training for customers; internal DB support. Travel to sites for installation, configuration and consultancy tasks. 🎯 Requirements Degree-level background in Geospatial or related discipline. Experience supporting customers across multiple Geospatial products. Experience in working within a technical team; escalating issues to others. Service Desk experience; handling complex issues globally. Experience in analytical and statistical data modelling.
