System Support Analyst I (Windows)

📋 Description Provide expert support for PACS and radiology software. Troubleshoot application configuration and workflow issues. Configure software tools used by doctors to report radiology studies. Diagnose complex issues; partner with radiologists, technologists, and IT. Maintain healthcare interoperability standards at data/message level. 🎯 Requirements Bachelor's degree in Computer Engineering or related field. 3+ years Healthcare IT, radiology systems experience. Windows Server environments (2012-2022) and SQL/Oracle. Knowledge of DICOM, HL7 and healthcare interoperability. Experience with ticketing systems: Salesforce Service Cloud, Zendesk, ServiceNow. Strong analytical, troubleshooting, and communication skills.
