📋 Description Strategic legal advisor handling complex SaaS and healthcare tech contracts. Draft, review, and negotiate SaaS, licensing, DPAs, NDAs, and vendor agreements. Guide HIPAA/privacy considerations during negotiations. Develop standardized terms, clause libraries, and playbooks. Escalation point for complex deal issues and cross-functional challenges. Collaborate with internal teams to close deals while protecting the business. 🎯 Requirements JD and active bar membership in at least one U.S. state. 4+ years as a qualified lawyer in top firm or tech, including complex transactions. Experience drafting/negotiating cloud SaaS subscription agreements. Strong knowledge of HIPAA and data privacy laws. Understanding of software, healthcare tech, and privacy regulations.
