Founding Forward Deployed Engineer

📋 Description Work with customers to design, prototype, and deploy API integrations. Participate in pre-sales: technical discovery and demos. Collaborate with backend, ML, and product teams for scale. Partner with GTM Engineer and DevRel to build tutorials and playbooks. Identify and implement technical integrations across partners. Translate complex concepts for developers and business audiences. 🎯 Requirements 4+ years in technical support, software, or solutions engineering with app dev. Strong API integration: design/debug REST/JSON, manage auth, optimize latency. Understand web infrastructure, distributed systems, or retrieval pipelines. Comfortable debugging integrations in customer environments. Communicate clearly with technical and business audiences. Curious about AI infrastructure, retrieval, and agentic ecosystem.
