📋 Description Use user-centered design to frame problems and opportunities Independently manage projects or partner with team members Collaborate with product development and engineering early in lifecycle Collaborate with the UX team to create integrated experiences Participate in user research and usability testing Translate brand attributes into compelling physical forms 🎯 Requirements Bachelor's degree or higher in Industrial Design 8+ years in professional industrial design roles Strong portfolio showing human-centered design from concept to production Extensive SolidWorks and 3D CAD experience; complex surfacing a plus Deep understanding of materials, manufacturing, DFM and DFA Experience with medical device design or regulated products is a plus
