Senior Supplier Engineer (Machining)

📋 Description Own CNC machining supplier with capability and improvement. Develop supplier development roadmaps for cost, capacity and quality. Lead supplier capability assessments and process improvements. Partner with sourcing on supplier selection, onboarding, and dual sourcing. Drive supplier performance via scorecards and development plans. Lead early DFM involvement with CNC machining during NPI and launches. 🎯 Requirements Bachelor's degree in engineering or equivalent. 7+ years in machining, supplier development, manufacturing, or process engineering. Strong CNC machining and production manufacturing experience. Proficient in blueprint reading and GD&T. Experience owning a supplier commodity or managing supplier portfolio. Experience supporting DFM with suppliers and design engineers. Knowledge of ISO 9001 and ISO 13485 and their practical supplier applications. Travel up to 25% domestically and internationally.
