📋 Description Lead engineering projects from initiation to delivery, managing scope and schedule. Manage budgets, staffing, invoicing, and resource forecasting for multi-year projects. Direct design, analysis, and studies for water/wastewater and groundwater infra. Ensure QA/QC and regulatory compliance throughout project delivery. Serve as primary liaison for clients, agencies, consultants, and internal teams. Mentor engineers and staff; foster cross-disciplinary collaboration. 🎯 Requirements 10+ years of experience in soil/groundwater remediation and water/wastewater design. Design experience on groundwater or wastewater treatment systems. At least two years of project management experience. California P.E. license or reciprocity plan within reasonable time. Bachelor’s degree in Chemical or Civil Engineering. Ability to establish and maintain stakeholder relationships. Solid organizational, verbal, and written communication skills.
