📋 Description Provide strategic legal counsel on securities and corporate governance for O-I. Advise on SEC reporting, public company obligations, and disclosures. Support capital markets transactions and bank credit agreements. Ensure public disclosures meet SEC and regulatory requirements. Collaborate cross-functionally with finance, investor relations, treasury, and more. 🎯 Requirements Juris Doctor (JD) from ABA-accredited law school. Active bar membership in at least one US state. 3–8 years of securities, governance, and capital markets experience. Experience drafting/reviewing SEC filings and public disclosures.
