Balance tech debt, customer issues, and features to deliver value on time. Manage metrics: velocity, quality, deployments; report progress up. 🎯 Requirements 8+ years in software dev; 2+ yrs leading 4-6 engineers on SaaS. Experience managing distributed offshore teams; builds diverse, inclusive teams. Deep knowledge of agile processes; iterative development to ship early and often. Customer-centric product thinker; works with product partners to set strategy, supported by metrics and goals. Excellent communication with tech and non-tech stakeholders.
