📋 Description Lead civil engineering for the entire Sanctuary community. Oversee site and land development: grading, drainage, roads. Prepare permit-ready drawings; own permitting end-to-end. Collaborate with global architects and MEP teams. Translate geotech/survey data into actionable plans. Create scalable templates and workflows for future projects. 🎯 Requirements Education: Civil Engineering Bachelor's; Master’s preferred. Experience: 6–10 years site/civil design or land development. Technical: Grading, stormwater, drainage modeling. Roads, utilities, and cut-fill optimization. Software: Revit and AutoCAD Civil 3D (or equivalents).
