📋 Description Support construction, bridge, mezzanine, and development financing. Coordinate lender due diligence and closing data rooms. Review loan terms, pricing, leverage, reserves, and covenants. Track financing timelines and identify risks. Build and maintain project underwriting and capital models. Prepare exec summaries and lender memos. 🎯 Requirements 2-4 years of experience in finance, real estate, investment banking, private credit, development, or related fields. Strong Google Sheets, G-Suite and financial modeling skills. Knowledge of LTC, LTV, DSCR, cash-to-close, interest reserves, and capital stacks. Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple workstreams. Clear written and verbal communication skills.
