Evolve engineering standards, tooling, and processes for quality. 🎯 Requirements 5+ years in software engineering; 2+ years in people management. Experience leading 0→1 product development in healthcare or SaaS. Strategic and tactical; comfortable presenting to execs and reviewing architecture. Thrives in fast-paced, product-driven environments with autonomy and feedback. Backend with AWS/GCP, Postgres/MySQL, messaging (SQS, Kafka).
