Power Platform Lead Analyst

📋 Description Provide support and administration of the Microsoft 365 environment. Work with wider teams to resolve challenging issues. Collaborate with 3rd party vendors including Microsoft. Lead automation opportunities and design solutions using M365. Enable safe use of M365 Power Platform (Power Automate & Apps). Ensure SharePoint Online health: security and availability. 🎯 Requirements Proven M365 support engineer/SME experience. ITIL framework knowledge and ticketing systems. Strong communication; proactive, organised and collaborative. Active Directory/Azure AD and Intune knowledge. MS-900 Fundamentals certification; product-specific certs a plus.
