AI Principal Engineer

📋 Description Embed with business teams to map workflows and automation opportunities. Design and build AI tools to boost internal productivity across functions. Prototype and iterate with modern AI/ML tech (LLMs, Copilots, pipelines). Deploy production AI solutions with reliability and measurable impact. Bridge tech and business teams, translating problems into scalable engineering solutions. Drive end-to-end delivery from discovery to rollout and adoption. 🎯 Requirements 7–10+ years in software engineering, ML, or applied AI. Strong experience designing and deploying production cloud systems. Experience building AI/ML systems, ideally with LLMs or generative AI. Experience building, orchestrating, and monitoring agentic AI workflows. Cross-stack capabilities: APIs, data pipelines, and front-end interfaces.
