Apartment Service Technician

📋 Description Complete work orders and preventative maintenance per policy and code. Make-ready vacant apartments: pre-move-out, punch list, schedule vendors, inspect. Access materials and tools; track inventory; return unused items; notify for reorders. Assist grounds/amenities: trash removal, pressure-wash, cleaning, paint curbs/signage. Support cost control by repairing rather than replacing parts. Participate in quarterly preventative maintenance program. On-call rotation after hours per Morguard guidelines. 🎯 Requirements Minimum 2 years residential maintenance experience, including work orders and make-ready. Electrical, plumbing, HVAC, appliance repairs and general maintenance skills. EPA Universal is required. CPO is required. Valid driver's license is required.
