📋 Description Design, build, and own automation across core IT systems. Develop API-driven integrations and event workflows across Okta and SaaS tools. Build identity lifecycle automation for joiner/mover/leaver workflows with security focus. Contribute to root-cause resolution by design and automation rather than manual intervention. Strengthen IT system quality through code reviews, documentation, and repeatable automation. Partner with IT, Security, and stakeholders to deliver scalable infra for clinical needs. 🎯 Requirements 5+ years in IT systems engineering with automation-first approach. Automation experience with Python or TypeScript and Git-based workflows. Experience designing API-based integrations (REST, webhooks) and event workflows. Hands-on with Okta and automation tools (Okta Workflows, Tines). Administer Google Workspace, Slack, Zoom; debug cross-system issues. Networking, security, and IaC tooling (Terraform).
