Senior Staff Engineer (AIPS)

📋 Description Influence technical architecture and strategy across Pricing and Performance. Set technical direction for pricing services and marketplace platforms. Partner with Engineering Managers to solve cross-team problems and tough trade-offs. Support engineers and data scientists to improve delivery quality and operations. Collaborate on longer-term roadmaps with leaders in Engineering, Data Science and Product. Lead cross-department technical initiatives with other Senior Staff Engineers. 🎯 Requirements Own technical architecture and strategy across a broad problem space. Backend and cloud-first engineering for scalable, resilient services. Hands-on AWS, Spark and/or Databricks, with AI/ML-enabled systems. Influence senior stakeholders and facilitate difficult trade-offs.
