Application Support Engineer

📋 Description Ensure availability of applications for internal and external users Resolve issues in the queue and assist in releases for install and configurations Troubleshoot and maintain proprietary apps across development, QA, production, and UAT 🎯 Requirements Application support and/or system-level support (three+ years) Active Directory Exceptional written and verbal communication skills IIS 7 or higher - conceptual knowledge and familiarity with configuration options Ability to create and run simple queries in SQL Server Windows Server support experience (2008 and higher)
