📋 Description Own layout of complex PCBAs: outline, stack-up, high-density routing, release. Establish and maintain design standards, libraries, and workflows across generations. Partner with EE/RF/ME and manufacturing to resolve trade-offs for robust designs. Collaborate with PCB vendors to ensure impedance control and DFM/DFT compliance. Drive continuous improvement in tool flows, libraries, and design reviews, incl automation. 🎯 Requirements Hands-on PCB layout for high-speed, high-density, mixed-signal systems (5+ years). Cadence Allegro/OrCAD (17.2/25.1) mastery with complex boards. Strong placement, SI/PI, EMI/EMC, and impedance control knowledge. Proficient in rigid, flex, and rigid-flex PCB design for embedded systems. Excellent organizational and cross-functional communication skills.
