Senior Software Engineer, Identity and Access Management

📋 Description Design and improve the authentication and authorization systems powering the platform. Own critical auth infra end to end: login, sessions, tokens, and service-to-service auth. Improve reliability and observability for auth services with dashboards and runbooks. Raise the security bar by identifying risks and improving controls in auth. Leverage AI tools to move faster, from coding to solving problems. Help us build a great team by interviewing candidates and sharing technical context. 🎯 Requirements 5+ years building and shipping production backend systems owning critical services end to end. Proficient in TypeScript or JavaScript with web-scale app experience. Hands-on auth/identity/security/platform infra experience. Strong API design, distributed systems, databases, and reliability knowledge. Strong ownership and urgency; drive clarity and momentum.
