Datacentre Operations Engineering Lead

📋 Description Own day-to-day operations at the Paris-Saclay site with technical leadership. Set and enforce site-level standards for physical practices, cooling, and SLAs. Lead commissioning to operational steady state; implement advanced liquid cooling workflows. Collaborate with HPC SRE, Network Eng, and Strategy to codify standards. Manage NVL72-class ultra-high-density platforms and document SOPs for scalable support. Drive incident response, RCA, and continuous improvement across the site. 🎯 Requirements Degree in CS/EE or 10+ years in data centre ops. 5+ years in data centre ops/HPC with leadership. Lead role with standards ownership and SLA accountability. Strong French and English communication. Experience with HPC NVIDIA GPUs, high-density compute, storage, networking.
