Senior AI Engineer

📋 Description Architect and build agentic workflows with LLMs, reasoning, and data pipelines for adaptive chat. Lead ML/NLP product design from ideation to production: training, eval, deploy. Experiment with agentic reasoning, coordination, and autonomous system design. Collaborate with product/engineering to integrate agents into recruiting workflows. Guide technical decisions, mentor engineers, and define scalable ML practices. Contribute to NLP stack focusing on reliability, personalization, and user impact. 🎯 Requirements BSc or MSc in CS/ML/AI/NLP or equivalent practical experience. 5+ years deploying ML systems in production. Expert in NLP techniques, LLM fine-tuning, and model evaluation. Proficient with PyTorch or TensorFlow and ML tools (scikit-learn, Hugging Face).
