📋 Description Provide individual therapy using evidence-based modalities. Conduct intake assessments and develop treatment plans. Maintain a steady caseload with 3–4 weeks advance scheduling. Complete timely notes, treatment plans, and insurance paperwork by end of day. Collaborate with care coordinators and referring providers for integrated care. Deliver services via telehealth and/or in-office with privacy. 🎯 Requirements Active, unrestricted LMFT/LCSW/LPCC license in good standing. Experience providing individual therapy in outpatient setting. Experience with electronic health records (EHR) and documentation. Ability to follow SMART note documentation protocols.
