Enterprise Implementation Consultant

📋 Description Manage complex, multi-phase enterprise software implementations with cross-functional stakeholders. Lead customer interactions and communications to maximize product value and adoption. Serve as the client manager to understand business operations and ensure end-user satisfaction. Deliver formal training to client project teams and end-users. Provide knowledge transfer to internal teams during onboarding. Track and resolve client issues and proactively troubleshoot problems. 🎯 Requirements Relevant experience supporting enterprise customers in software implementation, onboarding, application engineering, business consulting, maintenance, reliability, operations, engineering, or construction. Experience managing complex implementations and multiple stakeholder groups. BEng degree or equivalent years of experience. Experience in manufacturing, industrial, maintenance, or similar space is a benefit. Excellent communication, presentation, facilitation, time management, and interpersonal skills.
