📋 Description Own research from scope to delivery: plan, recruit, run sessions, synthesize. Translate findings into actionable product recommendations. Engage with users via site visits, interviews, and observation. Champion customer empathy across Product, Design, Eng, leadership. Leverage AI tools to accelerate research while maintaining rigor. Independently scope, prioritize, and manage research projects. 🎯 Requirements 3-5 years UX research experience. Strong qualitative and quantitative methodologies. Translate ambiguous problems into scoped research plans. Synthesize findings into presentations for PMs, designers, engineers. Independent, cross-functional, fast-paced work style.
