Staff Developer - AI/ML

📋 Description Design end-to-end ML architecture from data ingestion to model serving and monitoring. Define the long-term roadmap for AI infrastructure and orchestration framework. Oversee design, implementation, and maintenance of the AI/ML ecosystem. Set the standard for MLOps to ensure testable, maintainable ML at scale. Cross-functional leadership with Product, Data Scientists and ML Engineers. Architect and evolve LLM-powered apps including RAG pipelines and tools. 🎯 Requirements Bachelor’s or Master’s in CS/Math or related field, or equivalent experience. 7+ years software engineering, with 4+ years deploying ML models in production. Proven Staff/Senior level leadership with mentoring engineers. Deep expertise in MLOps: training, evaluation, deployment, monitoring. Cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, Google Cloud) for scalable AI workloads.
