📋 Description Lead and grow Platform, Fullstack, and SRE engineers. Own reliability and operational health of production systems. Define the roadmap for infrastructure, CI/CD, and tooling. Drive AI-powered workflows for debugging and deployment. Lead incident response and blameless postmortems. Reduce operational toil through automation. 🎯 Requirements 5+ years software engineering, 2+ years managing teams. Experience leading Platform Engineering, Infrastructure, SRE, or DevProd. Strong cloud infra, CI/CD, observability, and distributed systems knowledge. Experience operating production systems at scale. Clear communicator; translate platform strategy to product/business.
