Backend Software Engineer

📋 Description Design, build, and maintain backend infrastructure, APIs, and services at scale. Own architecture of distributed systems behind high-volume, low-latency APIs. Solve scalability, latency, and performance problems in production; trace issues and ship fixes. Lead system design discussions and shape backend direction. Set best practices for throughput, reliability, and latency. Validate performance via automated testing, benchmarking, and production-driven improvements. 🎯 Requirements 5+ years of relevant industry experience. BS/BA in CS or equivalent practical experience. Experience designing and maintaining core backend components. Solve complex design, scalability, latency, or performance problems in high-throughput systems. Production experience with Java and Rust; AWS cloud-native; EKS a plus.
