Data Engineering Leader

📋 Description Lead and grow a team of Data Engineers across Europe. Approximately 50% billable delivery on customer projects. Coach engineers with concrete, technical feedback to raise delivery quality. Collaborate with Value Delivery Europe leadership, Portfolio Managers, and cross-functional leaders. Drive AI-first delivery practices and stay current on AI tooling for industrial data engineering. Hire, onboard, and standardise delivery practices across the team. 🎯 Requirements Hands-on data engineering with production-grade Python, SQL, REST APIs. Experience building cloud-native data pipelines. Ability to review team work and discuss tech with customers. At least 1 year with Cognite's platform on customer engagements. Proven ability to develop people with concrete feedback. Customer-facing confidence to translate engineering into business language.
