📋 Description Sit with providers, payers, and ops teams to map auths and payments. Translate workflow observations into changes that ship quickly. Debug live customer issues across charts, payer portals, and EHR/PM systems. Identify workflow gaps that may not be bugs but hurt UX. Work with the CEO and engineering team from pilot to post-close expansion.
