EU GO Senior Software Engineer

📋 Description Design and build distributed backend systems using Go, AWS, Kafka, PostgreSQL, and DynamoDB. Collaborate with product, design, and enterprise partners to define journeys and metrics. Own core parts of Connectly's platform, including messaging and data pipelines. Collaborate with product, AI, and frontend teams to deliver scalable features. Ensure reliability, observability, and operational excellence across services. Track performance metrics and use data to optimize outcomes. 🎯 Requirements BS or MS in Computer Science or related technical field. 5+ years of hands-on software engineering experience. Proven track record building and scaling enterprise systems using Go, AWS, Kafka, PostgreSQL, and/or DynamoDB. Experience with Python is a plus. Experience with frontend engineering (React, TypeScript, etc.) is a plus. Prior experience developing or deploying WhatsApp conversational applications is a strong plus. Experience working in fast-paced, customer-centric environments, ideally in a startup or high-growth tech company.
