Commercial Property Manager

📋 Description Communicate and collaborate with internal and external teams to serve Landlords and Tenants. Manage a portfolio of approximately 130 tenants. Directly manage assets for key clients, ensuring high service and efficiency. Prepare detailed client reports and presentations for ownership decisions. Follow the Organisation's operating procedures. Understand and comply with laws, regulations and best practices affecting asset management. 🎯 Requirements Experience managing commercial assets.
