📋 Description Write software for real autonomous aircraft systems (Group 1-5 UAVs) and simulations. Build and improve aerial autonomy software architectures for real deployments. Collaborate with DoD experts and UAS vendors to integrate autonomy software. Develop core path planning capabilities across all aerial platforms. Integrate core GNC algorithms into software and product stacks. Work with cross-functional teams to support defense and commercial apps. 🎯 Requirements 3-5 years of experience in autonomous vehicle motion planning or robotics. 3D+ path planning with RRT* or similar. 2/2.5D grid-based planning with A*. Autonomy algorithms in C++ or Python. Outer-loop control systems experience. Strong functional, procedural, data-oriented, and OO programming.
