📋 Description Build and manage lifecycle automations that drive retention and revenue. Personalize communications across email, SMS, push, and other channels. Use data insights to build segmentation for right-message targeting. Build and optimize journeys in SFMC, Klaviyo, Braze; test and iterate. Lead and develop the marketing automation team. 🎯 Requirements 2+ years in email and database marketing. 2+ years in marketing automation tools (Braze, Klaviyo, SFMC); Braze certs preferred. Familiarity with Salesforce CRM. Direct response marketing experience. Knowledge of loyalty programs and funnels.
