📋 Description Creates reporting for Process Innovation Manager to measure impacts of changes. Monitors and reports project progress to all stakeholders. Drafts client-friendly responses to inquiries to facilitate ops-client communication. Regularly reviews performance data to identify gaps. Evaluates processes to identify inefficiencies and plan improvements.
