In-Community Supports - Mental Health Specialist II

📋 Description Provide hands-on and/or verbal assistance, encouragement, mentoring, and guidance. Ensure the comfort, safety, and personal growth of the individuals we serve. Assist with daily activities including personal care, meals, transport, and chores. Maintain a clean, safe space supporting personal goals. Provide supervision, reinforcement, and guidance to help individuals reach goals. Build relationships with persons served and teammates. 🎯 Requirements 18+ to work in residential adult programs; 21+ for child foster care homes. Minimum 3 years’ experience with challenging behaviors. Prefer experience with intellectual/developmental disabilities. Experience with Mental Health/Illness is preferred. Valid driver's license with acceptable driving record; proof required.
