📋 Description Provide one-on-one support to individuals with disabilities in employment Meet clients at home and in the community to build trust Conduct career assessments focused on strengths and interests Help develop resumes, practice interviews, and identify leads Support onboarding and training with new employers Hybrid role with in-person and remote work up to two days per week 🎯 Requirements Must meet requirements of a Designated Coordinator HS diploma or GED plus 4 years direct care experience Associate degree in human services, education, or related field plus 2 years direct care Bachelor's degree in human services, education, or related field plus 1 year Valid driver’s license and proof of insurance Must be at least 18 years old 🎁 Benefits Fixed starting rate: $19.50/hr Hours: Monday–Friday 8a–4p Comprehensive benefits: medical, vision, dental, life 401(k) with up to 3% employer match PTO with tenure-based increases Mileage reimbursement and paid training
