📋 Description Design and build the Operator UI and multi-tenant portal with the shared design system. Set architectural direction for component APIs, accessibility, theming, and migration tooling. Own the developer experience for engineers building on AIM's design system. Drive patterns for high-quality, accessible UI by default. Architect live 3D scenes with Three.js and overlays for operator use. Lead code reviews, design reviews, and architectural discussions. 🎯 Requirements Bachelor's degree in CS, CE, Design, HCI, or equivalent hands-on. 5+ years of production frontend software experience. Deep expertise in TypeScript and React (hooks, suspense, concurrency). Experience with 3D web graphics: Three.js, React Three Fiber, BVH. Experience with real-time data and binary serialization: Protobuf, WebSockets.
