Associate Manager, Hardware Test Engineering

📋 Description Lead and coach a small hardware test team (HW Engs and QA testers). Develop, execute, and review hardware test plans from specs. Assign daily lab work, data collection, troubleshooting, and reports. Review data and perform root-cause analysis; communicate risks. Improve test methods, fixtures, and data collection processes. Collaborate with Engineering, Product, Manufacturing, and QA. 🎯 Requirements Bachelor's degree in Mechanical/Materials/Electrical/Manufacturing Eng or related. 6+ years hands-on hardware testing and quality engineering experience. Experience leading, mentoring, or supervising engineers, testers, or lab staff. Strong hands-on mechanical problem-solving and analytical skills. Experience developing/executing hardware test plans from requirements.
